Shipping policy

• All orders are made to order, and the run time is about 4 weeks. The hats will be shipped within 1-2 business days of us receiving the finished product.
• Orders are not shipped on holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed

• We ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping outside of the US at this time.

3. Tracking and Damages

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
• The Arrow Ballistics Study is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the carrier to file a claim. 

• All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
