Exceptions

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Products are defective or damaged when delivered.

To qualify, you must report issues within 30 days of delivery with photographic proof of the problem.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged in transit or the wrong item was shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Time Frame for Reporting Defects

All issues, such as defects or damage, must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the product to be eligible for resolution.
