Terms and Conditions

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Florida, Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period

The giveaway begins May 27, 2026 at 12:00 am MST and ends July 8, 2026 at 11:59 pm MST. Winners will be announced within 14 days of the giveaway closing date.

How to Enter

Participants must complete the entry form by providing their name and email address. Participants must also be following Yates in the Backcountry on Instagram and subscribed to the Yates in the Backcountry YouTube channel when the giveaway winners are selected.

One additional bonus entry will be awarded for every $1.00 spent on TABS apparel at https://thearrowballisticsstudy.com. Purchases made before the promotional period will count toward bonus entries, however, the participant must still provide their name and email address on the entry form, and they must be following Yates in the Backcountry on Instagram and subscribed to the Yates in the Backcountry YouTube channel.

Entry form submission is required to enter. No purchase necessary to enter or win this giveaway. Entries submitted after the promotional period will not be eligible.

Winner Selection

Four winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries (a single participant can only be selected as a winner once). The first participant selected will win the grand prize package and choose their preferred bow from the 4 available bows. The second participant selected will win prize package 2 and choose their preferred bow from the 3 remaining options. The third participant selected will win prize package 3 and choose their preferred bow from the 2 remaining options. The fourth participant selected will win prize package 4 and receive the final bow remaining.  This selection will be conducted by the Administrator within 14 days after giveaway ends.

The winners will be notified by email. The winners will also be announced on social media after they have confirmed their prize. Consent to share their name will be given by the winners.

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, they forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. This process will continue until all 4 winner has been confirmed.

General Rules

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of The Arrow Ballistics Study, which are final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.

The Arrow Ballistics Study reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if technical issues or other factors disrupt its fairness or integrity. Any attempt to tamper with the giveaway will result in disqualification.

All participants, as a condition of participation in this promotional giveaway, agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify JAKK Outdoors, also known as The Arrow Ballistics Study, from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with (i) participation in any aspect of the Promotion/giveaway, (ii) the receipt, ownership or use of the prizes awarded, including any injury (physical or otherwise) incurred through use of any prize, or (iii) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules.

Taxes and Prize Responsibilities

Shipping will be covered by The Arrow Ballistics Study. The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. If required by law, the sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the total value of the prize awarded.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. By entering or participating in the giveaway, you agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims that arise out of or relate to the giveaway.

Personal information (name and email) collected during the giveaway will be shared with the sponsors: JAKK Outdoors (aka The Arrow Ballistics Study), Precision Cut Archery, Easton Archery, Hoyt Archery, Really Right Stuff, Kifaru, Hamskea Archery, Spot Hogg, and Last Chance Archery.
